Job summary

City Rise Safety LLC seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee traffic control sites across Northern California. You will report to the Director of Operations and ensure safety compliance while guiding field crews and coordinating scheduling.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to travel across Northern California. Requires CA MUTCD knowledge and ATSSA certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in traffic control or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of CA MUTCD regulations and safety standards.
• Proven ability to mentor field staff and drive safety on site.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and basic CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Valid California driver’s license with clean record is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise traffic control jobsites in Northern California under operations leadership.
• Inspect sites, identify safety risks, and report scheduling inefficiencies.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to field staff and technicians.
• Coordinate with dispatch and training to optimize staffing and training needs.
• Travel within Northern California as needed and ensure compliance with company standards.
