Job summary

S&L Contracting is hiring Road Striping & Pavement Marking Crew Members to join our Kentucky team. You will help apply road markings, set up traffic control, operate striping equipment, and perform routine maintenance in various weather conditions.

This hands-on role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to work nights and weekends, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. CDL is a plus; safety is our top priority.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Class A or B CDL is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Night and weekend work may be required.
• Prior experience in road construction or traffic control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Road Striping & Pavement Marking across job sites.
• Traffic control setup and maintenance.
• Operate CDL-required trucks and striping machines.
• Manual labor including lifting and outdoor work.
• Follow safety protocols on all sites.
