Job summary

S&L Industrial is seeking motivated Crew Members to join our road safety operations. You’ll perform pavement marking and traffic control duties, operate related equipment, and contribute to safe, on-time project execution in outdoor environments across Wyoming.

The role requires a valid license, ability to work nights and weekends, and a strong work ethic. CDL is a plus, and prior road construction experience is beneficial. This is a hands-on, team-focused position with an emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Road striping and pavement marking using specialized equipment.
• Set up and maintain traffic control devices on projects.
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on CDL-required vehicles.
• Perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
