Job summary

S&L Contracting is hiring Road Striping & Pavement Marking Crew Members to join our Kentucky team. You will help apply road markings, set up traffic control, operate striping equipment, and perform routine maintenance in various weather conditions.

This hands-on role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to work nights and weekends, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. CDL is a plus; safety is our top priority.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Class A or B CDL is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Night and weekend work may be required.
• Prior experience in road construction or traffic control preferred.

What You'll Do

• Road Striping & Pavement Marking Assist in applying road markings including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols using specialized striping equipment.
• Traffic Control Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate CDL-required vehicles, including trucks and striping machines. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Physical Labor Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Safety Compliance Follow all company and job-site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For
