Mullens Markings in Greensboro, NC is seeking motivated Road Striping & Pavement Marking Crew Members to join our team. This hands-on role supports road safety and infrastructure with night and weekend shifts as needed.

Join a growing team under Road Safety Services; prior striping or traffic-control experience is helpful but not required. CDL is a plus, and a valid license with a clean record is required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required.
• Class A or B CDL is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting schedule demands.

Responsibilities

• Road Striping & Pavement Marking: Assist in applying road markings using striping equipment.
• Traffic Control: Set up and maintain traffic control devices during work.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate striping trucks and perform basic maintenance.
• Physical Labor: Handle lifting, bending, standing, and outdoor work in various weather.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work site.
