Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roadwork, manual labor, or related field.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and transportation assets.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roadway layout and pavement marking installation.
• Load, unload, secure, and transport equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Operate trucks and company equipment as assigned.
• Prepare roadways by grinding, sealing, tape removal, and surface prep.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain logs and documentation.
• Assist with traffic control operations after certification.
• Maintain PPE and equipment; participate in safety meetings and trainings.
• Keep vehicles, shops, warehouses, and job sites clean and organized.
• Report incidents, hazards, and safety concerns per procedures.
