Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing in a B2B sales environment.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Chemistry or Engineering.
• Certifications or trainings relevant to marketing and product management.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing campaigns for Asphalt Additives and Systems.
• Develop segmentation, positioning and go-to-market priorities.
• Prepare annual market plans, budgets, volumes and forecasts.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue growth, market share, ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales on targeting, opportunities and enablement.
• Support R&D portfolio reviews and launch readiness.
