The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems, with pay between $150,000 and $250,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active and valid plumbing or apprentice license as required for the role.
• Recorded apprentice hours with Washington State L&I, where applicable.
• Plumbing, installation, mechanical, or related trade experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential properties.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates and clearly explain options to customers.
• Collect payment for completed services when required.
• Follow through on job-related issues and communicate with Dispatch.
• Attend training classes and seminars to maintain and expand your field expertise.
