Bee's Plumbing and Heating is seeking motivated plumbers for on-the-road work in Seattle and surrounding areas, with an office in West Seattle. The team offers fully stocked trucks, many calls, and opportunities to work independently or with licensed colleagues to grow skills and advance careers.

Qualifications

• Active and valid plumbing license where required.
• Washington State L&I apprenticeship hours where applicable.
• Plumbing/mechanical installation experience appropriate to the position.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities.
• Positive, adaptable and professional attitude.
• Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential properties.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates and clearly explain options to customers.
• Collect payment for completed services when required.
• Follow through on job-related issues and communicate with Dispatch.
• Stay informed about company promotions and pricing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Attend training classes and seminars to maintain and expand expertise.
• Apprentices will support licensed professionals and record qualifying hours.
