Qualifications

• Active and valid plumbing license or apprenticeship status.
• Hours logged with Washington State L&I where applicable.
• Experience with plumbing installation and repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to complete background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential piping and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems for safety and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates and explain options to customers.
• Collect payment for services when required.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and stay updated on promotions.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.
• Attend training and expand field expertise.
• Apprentices support licensed techs and log hours.
