Bee's Plumbing and Heating is seeking motivated plumbers to work on the road in Seattle and surrounding areas. We provide fully stocked trucks, clear scheduling, and opportunities to grow your skills with licensed teammates.

This full-time role offers strong pay and a path to advancement. Responsibilities vary by position but include installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems, along with customer communication and accurate cost estimation.

Qualifications

• Active and valid plumbing license or registered as an apprentice
• Recorded apprenticeship hours with Washington State L&I where applicable
• Plumbing, installation, or related trade experience
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Inspect tests for safety and code compliance
• Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions
• Prepare cost estimates and explain options to customers
• Manage paperwork and collect payments when required
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and attend trainings
• Support licensed pros and record qualifying hours for apprentices
