Bee's Plumbing and Heating is seeking motivated Plumbers to service Seattle and surrounding areas. Work includes on-road plumbing tasks with a company truck and flexible scheduling. Pay ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 per year, with full-time benefits and growth opportunities, and aWest Seattle office base.

Role supports licensed professionals and apprentices alike, with emphasis on independent work, safety, and customer service. Training, insurance, and retirement plans are provided.

Qualifications

• Active plumbing license or apprenticeship status.
• Experience with installation and repair of plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and safely in the field.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
• Explain options and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Collect payments for services when required.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and stay updated on pricing and promos.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional work environment.
• Attend training and develop field skills.
• Apprentices support licensed professionals and log qualifying hours.
