Responsibilities
- Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
- Deliver an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
- Provide customers with value‑added solutions that help make their homes cleaner, more comfortable and protected.
- Maintain a well‑organized and properly maintained company truck and manage parts efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
- Preferred: experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
- Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
- Smartphone proficiency, including order parts through the app.
- Successful background and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license for the state(s) worked.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%.
- Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
- Reading, understanding, and applying technical written materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; English proficiency.
- Physical requirements – can lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs; can bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl; can reach up to shoulder height; can drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
