Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in transportation services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations and supervise driver performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of drivers.
• Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
• Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints.
• Manage incidents and accidents at the scene.
• Collaborate with a team to improve operational processes.
• Safely operate lift-equipped vehicles.

Skills

3+ years' experience in transportation services

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using a tablet and office software

Good knowledge of Mobile, AL

Ability to operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Higher education or certifications in transportation or logistics
