Qualifications

• BS/BA in Civil Engineering required.
• 1 year full-time experience in transportation or traffic engineering.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops construction plans for the Moving Atlanta Forward Infrastructure Program and related initiatives.
• Identifies opportunities for road safety improvements and deployment of pedestrian and cyclist infrastructure.
• Plans, studies, and designs solutions to implement road safety improvements and deploy pedestrian and cyclist infrastructure.
• Supports traffic control evaluations, signal warrant studies, capacity analyses, and safety analyses.
