Qualifications

• Read blueprints and drawings to determine work procedures.
• Prepare layouts and select lumber or other materials as per plans.
• Construct forms and chutes for pouring concrete and install per drawings.

Responsibilities

• Constructs, erects, installs, fabricates, and repairs wood/form structures used for concrete.
• Reads blueprints to determine material specifications and dimensions.
• Sets form panels, aligns forms, and finishes grout forms as required.
• Performs heavy lifting and works in outdoor, industrial construction sites.
