Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a CEI Inspector to support major highway and bridge projects in the greater Orlando area. You will monitor on-site construction activities, inspect materials, and maintain detailed daily records while preparing Daily Work Reports.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least two years of inspection experience (one in bridge/roadway), a valid driver's license, and proficiency in English. CTQP certifications and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant construction inspection experience; one year in bridge/ roadway construction.
• Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing).
• Must pass WSP Motor Vehicle screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site construction activities.
• Inspect materials as per client scope (plans, specs, provisions).
• Maintain detailed daily records of operations and events.
• Prepare inspection reports (Daily Work Reports).
• Monitor and inspect Work Zone Traffic Control per client requirements.
• Transport samples to be tested in a lab.
• Assist Senior Inspector as needed.
