Job summary

AECOM is seeking a CEI Construction Services Inspector to join our Transportation team in the Orlando, Florida area. You will perform field inspections on roadway and bridge projects, conduct tests, and support the Senior CEI Inspector in delivering high-quality construction services. Qualifications include a High School Diploma with 2 years of related experience, a valid U.S.

driver’s license, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 2 years of related experience or equivalent
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License required to visit project sites and offices; motor vehicle records review will be conducted
• U.S. Citizenship required for the project scope

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction work and conduct field tests for contract compliance
• Assist the Senior CEI Inspector and review work in progress
• Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specs and code requirements
• Perform daily field inspections and maintain inspection records
• Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning
• Track quality assurance progress
• Inspect roadway and bridge construction on site
• Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Receive general supervision and assist the Senior Inspector
