Job summary

Tri-National Maintenance LLC in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Road Breakdown Manager to support the Director of Maintenance in managing day-to-day maintenance operations, coordinating with Fleet Managers, and handling repairs, warranties, and roadside assistance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of troubleshooting maintenance issues.
• Shop experience is preferred.
• Experience communicating with Fleet Managers about tractor/trailer issues.
• Ability to maintain/update spreadsheets and reports.
• Experience approving and processing invoices, POs, and billing entries.
• Address maintenance issues including MV ASSIST and warranty.
• Assist drivers with roadside breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and manage shop repairs.

Tri-National, a fast-growing, truck load carrier in a JIT environment, located in St. Charles, MO, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Maintenance Department as Road Breakdown Manager. This position would be direct support to the Director of Maintenance in carrying out the responsibilities of the Maintenance Department and ensuring the company accuracy in its day-to-day operations. TNi has dedicated itself to providing seamless service for the trading partners in Mexico, US, and Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of troubleshooting maintenance issues & shop experience


• Communicate with Fleet Managers in regards to pending tractor/trailer issues


• Correspond with Safety Department in regards to tractor/trailer repairs


• Maintain and update spreadsheets including Open Truck Report, Shop Repairs, Campaigns


• Approve and process invoices, billing entries, purchase orders


• Address maintenance issues including MV ASSIST, safety, shop road, repairs, warranty


• Assist Drivers with roadside breakdowns

Requirements

• Looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize


• Must possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills


• Knowledge of Trucking and or Automotive Service/Warranty Departments


• Experience with TMT maintenance module, Excel, Word & Outlook, preferred


• Experience with AS400, Qualcomm preferred
