Job summary

Tri-National, Inc. in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Road Breakdown Manager to support the Director of Maintenance in day-to-day ops.

You will help coordinate tractor/trailer repairs, manage shop records, and assist drivers during roadside breakdowns in a fast-growing JIT environment. Ideal candidates will have truck maintenance/trade knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with maintenance software and office tools.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of trucking and automotive service/warranty departments.
• Experience with TMT maintenance module, Excel, Word & Outlook; AS400/Qualcomm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot maintenance issues with shop experience and coordinate with Fleet Managers on tractor/trailer issues.
• Correspond with Safety Department regarding repairs and maintain required records.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets such as Open Truck Report, Shop Repairs, Campaigns.
• Approve and process invoices, billing entries and purchase orders.
• Address maintenance issues including MV ASSIST, safety, shop road, repairs and warranty.
• Assist drivers with roadside breakdowns.

Tri-National, a fast-growing, truck load carrier in a JIT environment, located in St. Charles, MO, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Maintenance Department as Road Breakdown Manager. This position would be direct support to the Director of Maintenance in carrying out the responsibilities of the Maintenance Department and ensuring the company accuracy in its day-to-day operations. TNi has dedicated itself to providing seamless service for the trading partners in Mexico, US, and Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of troubleshooting maintenance issues & shop experience
• Communicate with Fleet Managers in regards to pending tractor/trailer issues
• Correspond with Safety Department in regards to tractor/trailer repairs
• Maintain and update spreadsheets including Open Truck Report, Shop Repairs, Campaigns
