Job summary

Hirschbach in Sapulpa, OK is seeking a logistics dispatcher to coordinate maintenance and repair across the U.S. You will manage unscheduled breakdowns, route drivers to service centers, and communicate with operators and customers, while maintaining status updates and DOT/compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation is a plus.
• Experience in logistics, repair coordination, or dispatch preferred.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Tech savvy with AS-400, Peoplenet, Electronic Logs and NetGraf.
• Strong communicator under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage unscheduled breakdowns and coordinate emergency repair across the U.S.
• Route drivers to vendors/service centers using our network.
• Make cost-effective repair decisions and keep drivers informed.
• Document status, communicate repairs, and escalate issues.
• Respond to DOT and non-DOT incidents and cargo concerns.
• Own the night with reporting and cross-team coordination.
• Answer calls, emails, and questions from operators and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act fast to manage unscheduled breakdowns and coordinate emergency repair assistance across the U.S.
• Route drivers to trusted vendors or service centers using our extensive network and database.
• Make smart decisions to ensure the fastest, most cost-effective repair solutions—all while keeping drivers informed.
• Track every event with precision: document status, communicate repairs, elevate serious issues, and keep operations in the loop.
• Respond to DOT and non-DOT accidents, cargo concerns, OS&D issues, and injuries—swiftly and accurately.
• Own the night with accurate reporting, real-time problem-solving, and effective coordination across maintenance, safety, and ops.
• Be the voice of calm during chaos—answering calls, emails, and questions from operators, customers, and internal teams.

What You Bring

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation is a plus.

• Tech savvy—comfortable navigating systems like AS-400, Peoplenet, Electronic Logs, and Netgraf.
