Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. (ESI) seeks a Plant Operator for its Fostoria, Ohio facility. You will operate and maintain the RNG plant, work with the Plant Manager, and help ensure safe, reliable production.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in plant operations, strong mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with SCADA, ODMS, and basic electrical diagrams. Travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair plant equipment.
• Safety culture and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret basic diagrams and use troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the plant and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems; assist with repairs.
• Utilize ODMS to log events and monitor performance data.
