Job summary

NAES Corporation is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Technician to support the Mill Valley RNG site. You will perform skilled operational and electrical maintenance, interface with SCADA, and conduct analytical testing to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.

The role involves preventive maintenance, instrument calibration, troubleshooting of DCS/PLC and turbine controls, and compliance with safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Knowledge of wastewater operations is a plus.
• Experience with voltages up to 480 volts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations, maintenance and activities at the facility.
• Monitor anaerobic digestion process and equipment in digester, electrical generation, and waste treatment.
• Record and analyze plant operational data and ensure compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot failures to determine root cause and repair equipment.
• Maintain instrumentation and control equipment and recorders.
• Collect samples for testing and perform lab analysis for process control.
