Job summary

NAES Corporation is seeking an O&M Technician for the Bridgewater RNG site. You will perform operations and electrical maintenance, interfacing with SCADA, and conducting tests and inspections of power plant equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training as a plus, and experience with voltages up to 480 volts. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency; technical training as a plus.
• Basic understanding of the anaerobic digestion process; willingness to learn.
• Experience with voltages up to 480 volts is highly desirable.
• Experience in Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) or gas processing is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to listen actively.
• Able to read blueprints and use hand/power tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations, maintenance and facility activities.
• Monitor digester equipment, gauges and charts in the digester and processes.
• Record and analyze data to ensure plant runs as specified.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform repairs to keep equipment running.
• Maintain instrumentation and control equipment and records.
• Collect samples for testing and lab analysis for process control.
• Ensure plant operates within required standards.
• Monitor electrical systems and equipment performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe plant environment.
