Job summary

Divert Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager for the Lexington RNG plant to oversee daily and strategic maintenance programs, including front- and back-end processes. You will lead a team of technicians, drive PM, manage spare parts, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will develop and mentor staff, lead root cause analysis, and report asset performance using KPI metrics. A strong focus on safety, discipline, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in mechanical, maintenance, or related industrial fields from an accredited program

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant safety culture and operating discipline.
• Lead major maintenance jobs and PM programs.
• Manage PM, spare parts, and CMMS data entry/analysis.
• Drive root cause analysis and KPI-driven improvements.
• Oversee contractor work and ensure SOW standards.
