Job summary

Klickitat-Public-Utility-District is seeking an RNG Site Supervisor/Superintendent to lead safe, compliant operation and maintenance of the RNG facility. You will supervise a technical team, coordinate daily operations, manage outages, and ensure regulatory reporting.

Knowledge of maintenance planning, CMMS, DOT requirements, and budgeting is essential. The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and commitment to continuous improvement in a practical plant setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory experience leading a technical team.
• Experience with maintenance and operating equipment in manufacturing/processing environments.
• Proficiency with CMMS and accounting software.
• Must meet DOT drug/alcohol testing requirements; post-offer drug screen.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Post-offer background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and monitor results with safety emphasis.
• Oversee LOCI automated well-field system with field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety regulations and permits.
• Schedule outages with budget and major projects emphasis.
• Coordinate project goals with supply chain considerations and timely reporting.
• Maintain CMMS data and timely work orders; assist purchasing/receiving.
