Job summary

WM is seeking a Plant Manager for its RNG facility to optimize production while ensuring safe work practices, environmental compliance, and timely maintenance. You will operate complex gas processing equipment and coordinate with WMRE leadership and vendors to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of relevant plant operations/maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% with overnight stays.
• Ability to lift at least 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage RNG facility operations to maximize production and safety.
• Perform intermediate to advanced instrument and control repair, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with WMRE Managers and third-party vendors for maintenance and outages.
• Maintain equipment and process instrumentation per SOPs and training.
• Respond to plant shutdowns during non-business hours and diagnose causes.
• Maintain spare inventory and manage plant supplies within budget.
