Job summary

IGS Energy in the United States is seeking a hands-on RNG Operations & Fabrication Technician to support shop, warehouse, and field operations. The role focuses on fabrication, assembly, carpentry, and equipment operation, including forklifts and skid steers, with material hauling to sites and projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years hands-on fabrication, carpentry, construction, assembly, maintenance, warehouse or related trade experience is required.
• Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and building things from scratch.
• Ability to read drawings/sketches and follow verbal/written directions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles.
• Welding, plumbing, electrical, or equipment maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, modify, and repair shipping containers, trailers, frames, enclosures from drawings or verbal direction.
• Perform carpentry and light construction work including framing and project build-outs.
• Assemble equipment, piping supports, and hardware kits for shipment or installation.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, skid steers, and other material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, stage, and secure materials and equipment at yards, warehouses, and sites.
• Drive company pickups and tow trailers; inspect trailers and loads; assist with parts runs.
