Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a hands‑on RNG Operations & Fabrication Technician to support shop, warehouse, and field operations. This non‑supervisory role focuses on fabrication, carpentry, equipment operation, and hauling materials to sites with a pickup and trailer.

The role requires initiative, safety, and the ability to shift priorities. You’ll work across Operations, Field Service, Construction, and Procurement teams in a dynamic environment with varied daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years fabrication, carpentry, construction, assembly, maintenance, warehouse, or related trade.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles; trailer towing desired.
• Forklift and/or skid steer experience required; certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain.
• Welding, plumbing, electrical, or equipment maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication, assembly, and carpentry: fabricate, assemble, modify, repair shipping containers, trailers, frames, enclosures, and more from drawings or verbal directions.
• Operate equipment safely: forklifts, pallet jacks, skid steers, telehandlers, and other material handling gear.
• Load, unload, stage, and secure materials and equipment at yards, warehouses, and sites.
• Perform daily pre‑use inspections and report issues; assist with shop maintenance.
