GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented QC Technician to join the mRNA&LNP Service Team. You will perform analytical testing and quality control assays to ensure the integrity, purity, potency, and consistency of mRNA products and lipid nanoparticle formulations.

You will collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA and Project management teams to support client projects and internal process improvements, while maintaining rigorous documentation and timely QC reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science or related field.
• Experience with HPLC, LC-MS, ELISA, cell culture, and flow cytometry is preferred.
• Ability to communicate efficiently verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain accurate records and notes, and adhere to safe lab practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high throughput.

Responsabilités

• Support analytical testing and QC assays to ensure integrity, purity, potency of mRNA products and LNP formulations.
• Report out-of-specification results and assist with investigations and root cause analysis.
• Ensure timely completion of QC reports and maintain good documentation practices.
• Monitor supply inventory and maintain an organized work area and storage spaces.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA, and Project management teams to support projects.
