The role focuses on developing lipid nanoparticle formulations for RNA delivery, with hands-on formulation, characterization, and analytical work within a collaborative RNA team. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, chemical engineering or related field.
• 0–5 years of nucleic acid delivery experience with lipid nanoparticle formulation/characterization.
• Direct experience with messenger RNA is preferred.
• RNA analytics (RiboGreen, gel/capillary electrophoresis) preferred.
• Collaborative team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Humility and eagerness to learn and contribute.

Aufgaben

• Prepare formulations and perform characterization assays; analyze data.
• Support assays for formulation characterization in vitro.
• Develop, write and review analytical method protocols.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations communicating findings.
• Monitor inventory and identify needed products.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
