Job summary

You will lead chromatographic method development, troubleshoot, and collaborate across Analytical CMC, R&D, and quality. Excellent communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Scientist I: Bachelor’s with 5+ years, or Master’s with 2+ years in industry.
• Scientist II: Bachelor’s with 7+ years, or Master’s with 5+ years in industry.
• Hands-on LC method development with multiple techniques (RPLC, IPRP, SEC, IEX/IEC, HIC).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, and execute LC-based methods for release, stability, characterization, and comparability.
• Lead root-cause investigations into chromatographic performance and robustness.
• Provide technical guidance for internal and external LC testing labs.
• Communicate findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
