Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks an RNA-LNP Lab Manager / Group Leader to supervise a lab focused on process development and tech transfer for LNP, mRNA, and gRNA drug substances. You will manage GLP sample handling and coordinate partner testing to drive project timelines.

You will lead a team of process development scientists, ensuring high quality, safe lab operations and effective communication with internal and client teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical, CRO, or biotech experience.
• Supervisory or team lead experience in a laboratory setting.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to convey scientific information clearly.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Experience with Atka Avant chromatography systems and Agilent HPLC is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of process development scientists.
• Coordinate lab operations and inventory management for materials and samples.
• Submit analytical samples to partner labs and track results.
• Maintain detailed lab records and equipment maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with Process Development, Tech Transfer, Facilities, and Safety teams.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with analytical development and manufacturing.
