Job summary

Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC seeks an RN to provide patient care and manage intake and discharge for the Wound Care Center. The role may include Case Management, using nursing assessments and care plans, and coordinating with physicians.

Responsibilities include assisting in vein clinic after HBO training, supporting quality improvement, and educating patients and caregivers. HBO-related duties are assigned as trained, with potential safety director duties after training.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Strong organization, prioritization and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Customer service and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge per standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after HBO training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients with nursing assessments and care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
• Perform HBO-related duties as trained and safety director duties if qualified.
• Collaborate with Wound Care Center providers, Program Director and Medical Director.
• May act as a Documentation Assistant as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
