Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ. The role centers on leveraging nursing credibility to build trusted partnerships with SNF administrators and directors.

Training and physician-led support ensure effective transitions from partnership to active wound care services. Ideal candidates are active or former nurses with strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and willingness to travel 4–5 days per week within the region.

Qualifications

• Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with SNF exposure.
• Strong relationship-building and clinical credibility.
• Comfort speaking about wound care outcomes and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with SNF admins and directors to grow partnerships.
• Discuss wound care outcomes and protocols with clinicians and partners.
• Identify high-potential SNFs and prioritize outreach.
• Nurture long-term partnerships with trust and follow-through.
• Collaborate with physician team for smooth transitions to service.
• Meet performance goals with training and leadership support.
