Job summary

Skilled Wound Care seeks a Clinical Sales Representative to extend our physician-led wound care model to skilled nursing facilities. Nurses with clinical credibility will build partnerships, discuss outcomes, and advocate for patients and facilities.

We provide full training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed in a relationship-first, non-traditional sales role. Travel across your region 4–5 days weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Clinical Background: Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings.
• Quality relationship-builder who connects authentically with people and leaves a positive impression.
• Wound care knowledge including wound assessment and treatment protocols.
• Willingness to travel within your region 4 to 5 days per week to build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• SNF Partnership Development: Build relationships with SNF admins, directors of nursing, and regional leaders to introduce and grow Skilled Wound Care's physician-led model.
• Clinical Conversations: Use nursing background to discuss wound care outcomes, protocols, and value for SNF partners.
• Territory Development: Identify high-potential SNFs in your region and prioritize outreach based on need and fit.
• Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships based on trust and credibility.
• Operational Collaboration: Work with physician team for smooth transition from partnership to service.
• Performance Goals: Meet defined targets with training and leadership support.
