Job summary
Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative with a nursing background to build trusted partnerships with skilled nursing facilities and advocate for quality wound care. You will leverage clinical credibility to discuss patient outcomes, treatment protocols, and the value of our physician-led model.
This role includes comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a region-wide travel schedule of 4–5 days per week to establish and grow partnerships with SNFs, supported by a
Qualifications
- Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings
- Willingness to travel within your region 4 to 5 days per week to build and nurture new partnerships
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required; additional business or healthcare management training a plus
Responsibilities
- SNF partnership development with administrators, directors of nursing, and regional leaders
- Clinical conversations about wound care outcomes and protocols with SNF partners
- Territory development to identify high-potential facilities and prioritize outreach
- Relationship management to nurture long-term physician-led partnerships
- Operational collaboration with the physician team to transition from partnership to active service
- Pursue defined performance goals with support from training and leadership
