Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to bring clinical expertise to SNF partnerships and advocate for wound care solutions. This role values nurse-driven credibility, patient-first care, and the ability to travel within your region to build meaningful relationships.

The position includes full training, ongoing mentorship, and a compensation package featuring a base salary with performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• Active or former RN/LPN or wound care nurse with SNF/long‑term care or post‑acute settings experience.
• Nurses who can speak confidently about wound care outcomes and treatment protocols.
• Ability to build trust with SNF partners and advocate for patient care.
• Willingness to travel within your region 4–5 days per week to establish partnerships.
• Willingness to learn and grow with company-provided sales training and tools.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with SNF administrators, directors of nursing, and regional leaders to introduce and grow Skilled Wound Care's physician‑led model.
• Use nursing background to discuss wound care outcomes, protocols, and the clinical value of services.
• Identify high‑potential SNFs within the region and prioritize outreach accordingly.
• Nurture long‑term relationships with SNF partners based on trust and credible clinical support.
• Collaborate with the physician team to ensure smooth transitions from new partnership to active wound care service.
• Work toward clear goals with training and leadership support.
