Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an experienced RN for Women Services (Labor and Delivery) to provide safe, high-quality care from admission through post-delivery. You will monitor laboring patients, assist with vaginal and cesarean births, fetal monitoring, and newborn care in the first hours of life.

Requirements include TX RN license, BSN within 24 months, ACLS, BLS, NRP, and at least 3 years in L&D. On-call required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• TX RN license (compact or multi-state accepted).
• Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN due within 24 months.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in Women Services (L&D, Mother Baby, Antepartum).
• Familiar with vaginal and C-section births and fetal monitoring.
• ACLS, BLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation within specified times.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, safe, high-quality care for laboring patients from admission to post-delivery.
• Support vaginal and cesarean births and neonatal care in the first hours of life.
• Monitor fetal status, manage PACU needs and collaborate with the care team.
• Participate in on-call schedule and maintain readiness for emergencies.
