Medical City Dallas is hiring an experienced RN Labor and Delivery Supervisor to oversee staff and coordinate patient care on the assigned shift. The CNC directs nursing care, ensures policy adherence, and promotes an exceptional patient experience and outcomes.

The role requires active RN license in TX or compact, 1+ year L&D experience, ACLS/BLS, neonatal resuscitation, and fetal monitoring proficiency. BSN preferred with timely degree completion.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of L&D experience required.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• Neonate Resuscitation required.
• TX RN license or compact license.
• BSN preferred; must obtain BSN within 24 months of hire.
• Advanced fetal monitoring within 1 year of employment start date.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Coordinate unit functions during the shift with the nursing team.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care per policies/procedures.
• Serve as a resource for staff and support the organization’s mission and values.
