HCA Healthcare's Medical City Dallas is seeking an RN Labor and Delivery Supervisor to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care during shifts. The CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care and serves as a staff resource in collaboration with the management team.

Requirements include 1+ year L&D experience, ACLS/BLS, TX compact license, RN license, BSN within 24 months, and fetal monitoring credentials. Competitive benefits and career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Neonate resuscitation experience required.
• RN license in TX or compact license.
• BSN must be obtained within 24 months of hire.
• Advanced/Intermediate fetal monitoring within 1 year of employment start date.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all unit functions on shift.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in line with policies and procedures.
• Serve as a resource person for staff and support management goals.
