OhioHealth in Dublin, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across the continuum of care in a 24/7 unit. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients and guide LPNs and UAPs under the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities include participation in multidisciplinary care, safety, quality initiatives and process improvements. BLS and Ohio RN licensure are required, with BSN preferred after five years of employment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Lead nursing tasks for LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support safety, quality and efficiency.
• Participate in process improvement to achieve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain 24/7/365 coverage across the unit as part of a High Reliability Organization.
