Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality, satisfaction, and finances (10%).
• Operations - Performs miscellaneous operational duties as assigned (10%).
