Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN preferred after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Provide nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7 department.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve clinical quality and safety.
