Job summary

OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking a registered nurse for the Perinatal Support Unit to provide general nursing care across the continuum in diverse acute settings. The RN is accountable under the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs/UAPs as appropriate.

This role emphasizes safety, quality and efficiency in a High Reliability Organization, with a 24/7 operating environment and night scheduling. A BSN and C-EFM certification are required; 5–10 years in Labor and Delivery preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• C-EFM certification (NCC) is required.
• RN license with Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Perform health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Document planned interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluate response to nursing interventions and revise plans.
• Leadership - Participate in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Operations - Support daily unit operations.
