Job summary

Mercy seeks an RN for the WEO Medical Stepdown unit on a full-time night schedule (7:00pm–7:30am, Fri-Sun). The role requires graduation from an approved nursing program, active RN licensure in the hiring state (or compact licensure), and Basic Life Support certification (or completed within 30 days of hire).

Position Details:

RN WEO- Medical Stepdown - FT Nights

7:00pm-7:30am (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

$20/hr WEO Differential

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
