Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for a full-time Night shift on the Medical Stepdown unit in Missouri. The role runs 7:00pm-7:30am on Fri, Sat, and Sun, with a $20/hour WEO differential. You must graduate from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) and hold an RN license, with compact licensure acceptable where duties are performed.

BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Salary reflects the differential and Mercy offers strong benefits including

Position Details:

RN WEO- Medical Stepdown - FT Nights

7:00pm-7:30am (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

$20/hr WEO Differential

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
