Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for the Medical Stepdown unit on FT Nights (7:00pm–7:30am, Fri–Sun). Annual hourly wage includes a $20 WEO differential. Education: graduate from a nursing program (AD/Diploma/BSN).

Licensure: maintain current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure as required. This role requires heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. Mercy offers strong benefits, including medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition support, and retirement matching for staff on 32+

Position Details:

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
