Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN for the Medical Stepdown unit on FT Nights in Overland, MO. Shift runs 7:00pm–7:30am (Fri, Sat, Sun) with a $20/hr WEO differential. The role requires completing a nursing education program and holding an active RN license in-state or compact licensure.

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
