Mercy in East St. Louis, Illinois, is seeking an RN for the WEO Medical Stepdown, full-time nights, 7:00pm-7:30am Friday through Sunday.

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (AD, Diploma or BSN) and hold an RN license in the hiring state or compact. BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. The position offers comprehensive Mercy benefits and a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Position Details:

RN WEO- Medical Stepdown - FT Nights

7:00pm-7:30am (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

$20/hr WEO Differential

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
